Analytic Description

KM 45DHN Non Blow Back CO2 Pistol
The KM 45DHN is a semi auto CO2 gun styled after a well known self-loading Russian semi-automatic pistol that was developed in the early 1930s by Fedor Tokarev when it was assigned as a service pistol for the Soviet military. It replaced the Nagant M1895 revolver that had been in use since Tsarist times, though it ended up being used in conjunction with rather than replacing the M1895. It served until 1952, when it was replaced by the Makarov pistol.
The KWC KM 45DHN is a full metal construction non-blowback replica with ABS grips carrying the CCCP markings, representing the Russian abbreviation for the Soviet Union. It is powered with a 12g CO2 cartridge producing a velocity of well over 400FPS in warmer weather. The pistol works as a double stage action, you first cock the hammer back and then fire the shot, this is repeated for every shot.
Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the KM-45DHN of KWC Non Blowback BB Pistol is exactly what you would expect from a true Single Action styled Pistol. It has a longer take up than the usual and then a nice and light crisp pull to it. Because of its competitive price it would make an awesome low cost trainer to be used when your real weapon cannot be.
Accuracy: The KM 45DGN performed very well in its shooting tests. It shot fairly well centred getting all five shots in the black bull’s-eye. This was good taking into consideration that the gun does not have adjustable sights! It also scored very well in the velocity shooting over its advertised claimed of 420 fps. From a single CO2 it was possible to get 112 shots before a significant power drop.
Build Quality: KWC did a great job with the KM 45DHN. The quality and build characteristics may even be just a bit better than my other non blowback air pistols. Everything that should be metal is the same on this as the original, the slide and barrel wiggle are minimal and the finish seems to be wearing fairly well on this KWC airgun. I do expect over time fore some of the finish to wear off on the high points but this can also give the gun some character
Realism: This is as close as you can come to the look, weight, feel, and action of the real weapon in virtually every way!
The KWC KM 45DHN has a nice recessed barrel and full size drop out metal magazine.

• Full size drop out magazine.
• Recessed barrel.
• Higher FPS.
• It can be field stripped and has good weight to it.
• Mostly metal construction.
• Very good accuracy.
• Realistic working safety
